Referral Program Overview

At EZ Home Rental, we value strong partnerships and believe in rewarding those who trust us with their referrals. Our referral program is designed for real estate agents, investors, and professionals who connect us with property owners in need of leasing or full-service property management.

Commission Structure

  • Leasing Referral: We offer a referral commission for successfully placing a tenant in a referred property.
  • Full-Service Management Referral: For clients who enroll in ongoing management services, we provide a referral payout based on the executed management agreement and successful onboarding of the property.
  • Repeat Opportunities: Partners can continue earning by referring multiple properties or investors over time.

Terms & Conditions

  • Referral must be submitted prior to our initial contact with the client.
  • Commission is paid after the property is successfully leased and/or management agreement is fully executed and fees are collected.
  • The referred client must not already be in communication with EZ Home Rental.
  • Payments are typically processed once services are active and all required fees have been received.
  • Referral agreements can be structured for one-time or ongoing partnerships.
